標本では神経線維は濃青色，神経細胞は黄ないしは褐色，核はやや明るく，
核小体がやや濃く見える．先ず肉眼で3枚を観察して頚，胸，腰髄の外観を比
較し， 脊髄の太さや形(とくに灰白質の形と大きさが異なる理由)を考えてみ
よ． 脊髄の横断面を見て，cervical(C), thoracal(T), lumbal(L),
sacral(S), などの部位判定ができるようにせよ．(実習では sacral の標本を
出していない)．
白質には多くの tractus が縦走している．そのパターンは脊髄の高さによっ
て異なる．図の左半を用いて，頚髄の高さについて，次の tractus の範囲を
書き入れてみよ
- 1) Tr. corticospinalis (pyramidalis) ant.
- 2) Tr. corticospinalis (pyramidalis) lat.
- 3) Tr. spinocerebellaris ant.
- 4) Tr. spinocerebellaris post.
- 5) Tr. spinothalamicus lat.
- 6) Tr. spinothalamicus ant.
