Bone-transverse section(Humerus of 14Y child)

骨の実質内に4つの層板を区別する．
ハバース層板 Haversian lamellae
外基礎層板 outer circumferential l.
内基礎層板 inner circumferential l.
介在層板 interstitial l.

Periost 骨膜(2層より成る)
外層 細胞に乏しく，多量の collagenous fiber を含む dense connective tissue で capillary に富む(標本ではこの層は剥れている)
内層 collagenous fiber がまばらでかなり多数の細胞が存在する．

Volkmann's canal … 骨の外から内部に入る血管であるが，スライドによっては観察できないことがある．

Endosteum (骨内膜) … 骨髄 bone marrow の最外層の connective tissue が緻密化したもので，骨髄を再生する能力をもっている．


ハバース管（中に血管があり、太いものではbone marrowを含むことがある）

突起はHE染色では染まらない
