#N soft diet, mitochondria, enzyme activity, morphology, masseter
#T Rat masseter muscle mitochondria were investigated in terms of mitochondrial enzyme activities, and the structural mitochondria, in partially concerning soft diet of feeding after the postnatal period (3 weeks). Measurements of succinate dehydrogenase and NADH dehydrogenase activities using mitochondria from masseter muscle were performed. The soft diet in feeding treatnent affected the decrease in mitochondria enzyme activities in contrast to structural features of mitochondria.
