sazare ishi no iwa o to narite
Koke no musu made
A rough English translation would be:
Our Emperor will reign 1,000, or even 8,000 generations,
Until rocks grow into boulders and moss grows on them.
The "rocks growing into boulders" is a superstition.
"Sazare-ishi" should be more like "pebbles".
