4.  The specialist proofreads and revises the paper THREE TIMES to be
certain that the English is 
natural and accurate. The paper is then READ AGAIN by a second (general)
editor before......
 
5.  .....the paper is returned to you as an attachment to an email.
(Usually returned within 3-4 days). 

6.   If you are satisfied with the service, we send you an invoice. The
cost is 6 yen per word for a 
SPECIALIST editor.  (Non-scientific documents (letters. materials for
symposia etc) that do not use 
specialized vocabulary can be checked by a general editor @ 4 yen per word.)

7.  You can pay by International Money Order ("kokusai yubin kawase") from
any Japanese Post-
Office, by VISA/MasterCard (either on-line or by fax), or by bank draft or
transfer.  We then provide a 
receipt by mail, fax or e-mail for your accounts.  

Payment is very easy, and we send any paperwork that you may request. Many
pay for our service 
directly from their research funds.
