RECIPIENT shall promptly and fully disclose to Univ.*** (to the attention of Dr. ***) any and all information, inventions, joint inventions, data and results obtained from conducting the RESEARCH or relating to the use of the MATERIALS (the “RESULTS”) which disclosure shall include, without limitation, copies of relevant summaries and reports.  Univ.*** and Dr. *** shall accept and maintain all such results in confidence.
