細胞をもらうとき： 以下はMTAフォームを巡ってのやりとりのつづきです。何回かの連絡のやりとりがありますが、メールですので、とてもスムーズです。こちらの情報を送ったあと、その翌日すぐに以下のような知らせが届きました。ＭＴＡフォームが順調に用意されていっている様子がわかります。あとは書類が郵送されてくるまで待っていればよいのです。
  I will ask ＊＊＊ , a graduate intern in our office, to complete the MTA form and forward it to you for signing now that we have your information.  To expedite this process, you may fax a copy of the completed MTA to ＊＊＊ (fax number is below) as evidence that you have finished the paper work.  However we would still like for you to mail 2 copies of the completed MTA to me at the address below .  ＊＊＊ will make sure both copies are signed and will return an original to you for your files.
